Somewhere over the rainbow way up high, there's a land that I heard of once in a lullaby.
It's the land I went yesterday. I fell into a deep deep sleep yesterday, and didn't wake up till this morning.
Somewhere over the rainbow skies are blue, and the dreams that you dare to dream really do come come true.
I dreamt of you yesterday. And true enough, I saw you today. Isn't it coincidental?
Someday I'll wish upon a star and wake up where the clouds are far behind me.
Where troubles melt like lemon drops away above the chimney tops that's where you'll find me.
I want to wake up in your arms. I'll feel blissed then.
Somewhere over the rainbow bluebirds fly. Birds fly over the rainbow why then, oh why can't I?
Let me fly high to the sky by giving me what I want.
If happy little bluebirds fly beyond the rainbow why, oh why can't I?
Will we have a happy ending?
